Studying in the university giving me a lot of experiences as well as lessons on how things work. Study, studio task, assignments and presentations make me realize that there is a lot of things that we can learn in our life. I met a lot of people with various personalities and sincerely I’m enjoying this.

One of the lessons that I got is the importance of making ourselves flexible. Flexible here means responsive to change and adaptable. So making yourself flexible means being a person that is responsive and adaptive to the situation and environment in order to accomplish certain goals and objectives (This is my understanding. Please correct me if I’m wrong).

<script type="text/javascript"

I make myself busy lately although I’m already busy with the tasks and assignments by updating blogs and taking Mandarin class. I met a lot of interesting and weird people in classes and while doing works. Different people have different personalities and yes, different approach is needed when you deal with different people.

Sometimes we have to adapt ourselves to the particular environment and people. I prefer to make myself adaptable when dealing with other people especially for the person I don’t really know. Some people choose to deal in their way but sometimes it doesn’t work. People get the general idea or perception about yourself from the first time he/she meet you. This is normal and that is why it is important to make ourselves flexible to different people.

Making yourself flexible is an advantage for yourselves in dealing with others. There is a huge potential that the person you deal with will make him/herself adaptable to you. As a result, you will enjoy a better conversation and it is easier to accomplish the objectives of your deal. For example, some people might being impatient in getting something done due to certain reasons so you have to find a suitable way and approach to communicate with the person.

Yes, making ourselves flexible is a good thing that we have to keep in mind that every flexibility has its limitation so you must know what is your limits. A flexible thing might break if you bend it too hard and the same thing goes to ourselves. Make sure you know your limits so you will make things work according to your capability.

Make yourself flexible. And I hope you will success to make all the things work!
