Blogging is an art for me. It is an art of writing, sharing, discussing, expressing and etc. There are a lot of things that we can do through blogging. A few people become famous and rich through blogging and today it is not a rare thing to know that blogging has becomes a full-time job. For a blogging enthusiast like me, this is a nice phenomenon and I hope the blogging industry will be more advanced from time to time (in fact, it always does).

Yes, it is true that a blogger can express and write anything in his/her blog as it is a right for the particular blogger. But there is a thing that we have to concern when blogging that is – sensitivity.

I became amazed to read a statement in a local blog insulting the death of someone important in they eyes of the people. It is a sad thing and somewhat shame to know that there is people (blogger) who tend to cross the line and ignoring other people sensitivity. Latest news reported that the responsible blogger had been arrested and had apologized before that but for me, it is not the end of the story.

I wonder whether blogging had made us so confident in expressing feelings so some people tend to say whatever they want to say. I love to read political blogs no matter what the ideology is but sometimes I found that the writer had gone too far expressing their ideas and ignoring the sensitivity. Being brave is good but you must have your limit. Even telling a good thing need a good method.

I used to write a post about someone’s death last year (I had removed the post) and had been requested by the responsible reader to remove it as the post involved other people sensitivity. And I removed it. And since that day I am very careful in writing posts especially when it is involving other people or parties.

Sensitivity is something that we must keep in mind while writing. Use the platform to give benefits to the other people and we might find blogging more interesting and amazing more than what we had expected.

Change!

That’s what I’m thinking right now.

What change?

Well. Time changes people and in fact we see people changing everyday in our life.

Some people changed by what had happened in their life. Some people have to change themselves in order to change their life. Yep. I’m the person on the second sentence.

Sometimes I feel my life goes upside down. It’s like there’s nothing interesting to explore anymore. Yes, I know I’m wrong but the awesome spirit (as if I could see it) is dying and dying.

A lot of terrible things happened lately and it’s painful to list all of them. Btw, maybe listing them generally could make me relieved. Check it out.

- lot of sleeping in class
- skipping classes
- unsatisfying assignments
- no enthusiasm for projects
- the laziness keep stronger
- procrastination for blogging/tasks
- blur.. sometimes
- plus, my paypal account had been limited. damn. I have to send them my documents after this.

They’re not events actually but some negative things inside me. Something wrong. Yeah, something wrong.

That’s why I have to keep this keyword in mind – CHANGE!

I have to change my attitude. I have to change my lifestyle. I have to change my way of managing time. I have to change my habit. I have to change my way of thinking.. gosh. (just realized that I have to write down a list for these)

There’s a long way to go and I have to start planning my own life. Some of my buddies had gone into another level of life. I mean, getting married (some of them already have child. congrats).

“Just marry la, Nas”
“Not now. I’m not going to providing only rice for my family”

What now? I have to take this opportunity to embrace myself and plan myself to a be a better one. It’s no matter whether I’m success or fail but the thing is I keep trying my best. (This statement sounds inspiring. Wow)

My Blogging History

I started blogging in 2005 when I was in Form 5. It was my friend, Husz who told me about this thing. We used Blogdrive at that time and we’re sooo crazy in blogging! Then it became a trend and like a ‘must’ to people in the school. A guy is considered primitive without a blog! ahaha ..and then there’s a special session for students to introduce the blog and show to them how to blog. gosh. I lost the pictures.

I never know about Blogspot until I went to IIUM PJ. At that time, I found a lot of students have their own blogspot. In the name of hunger of exploring new things, I tried to use Blogspot. yeah. I know a lot of things including the HTML and widgets. bla, bla, bla.. (shorten the story) ..i found that blogging is dull without readers. so I started to bloghop and found a lot of interesting blog, including Aeropama. At that time he was using Blogspot. And from him, I found the other amazing friends over the net

When Syam (Aeropama.com’s author) changed to self-hosted blog, I was interested to do so. I choose AloneinHome as my domain – it’s based on myself.. and this is the place where I express my thoughts until today

Blogging People

Some people blog for themselves and even make their blogs private and some people blogging to express their thoughts. I love to put myself in the discussion when there’s an interesting topic.

And yeah, I admit I love to drop comments and exchange links so I can meet new friends and know about new things.

Blogging & Influences

Some people are very good in writing posts and that’s how they get they influences. Influence means power. And some blogs even have their loyal readers and followers. I guess you know how influential the Tun Mahathir and Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim‘s blog. People like to read political posts nowadays. And that’s why we can find a lot of political blog until this sec. But I feel very sorry to find that there’s a lot of nasty comments by the visitors :down: At least, give your opinion with a good manner and responsible way.

Earning Cash From Blogging

There are people who blogging for money :money: Well, there’s a lot of opportunites out there. You can earn amazing income just by posting articles in your blog. And from there, we can see the existence of tag and ping techniques, pagerank, traffic and etc. Yeah. Not bad. I myself had earned some cash by blogging

Backlinks, Adsense, Adbrite, Nuffnang.. etc2 (there’s a lot of them!) are some of the platforms that a blogger might join to earn cash.

Blogging platform such as WordPress and Blogspot is flexible and easy to be maintained, maybe that’s the main reason most people and webmasters prefer to use weblog to offer their products and services.
