51st Independence Day Celebration : Ahlan Wa Sahlan Ya Ramadhan

I just arrived at my room.

Actually, I supposed to be at home until this Thursday, but I have to do some work here. I even can’t iftar with my mom and dad

btw, I’ve no choice.

oh yeah, I think it’s not too late to wish ‘Selamat Menyambut Ulangtahun Kemerdekaan Yang ke-51′ for all Malaysians and ‘Selamat Berpuasa’ for all Muslims all over the world.

u know what, i sometimes love to combine the topics in a single post and – relate them together.

i was on my back to my home after arrived at Bukit Mertajam railway station on the night of 30th August 2008. That’s mean when the clock shows 12, it’s already 31st August and the 51st Celebration of Independence Day. but, obviously for me, it’s not same as before. there’s not much flags along the road, i could see 3-4 flags along the road, excluding the one that waving in front of my dad’s car.

as far as i remember, it was so cheerful last year. flags everywhere since 20th August.

what’s happening actually? i ask myself. and i keep guessing until now. whatever.

and Alhamdulillah, it’s Ramadhan

i think everybody knows about Ramadhan, right? a so-called ‘suffering month’ because we can’t eat and drink and doing some restricted things in specific time in this month.

wrong understanding.

Ramadhan is a platform for us to understand ourselves and understand the feeling of our brothers in the poor countries. and i think you know that fasting can make you stronger, in term of physical and mental aspect. btw, we have to concern about the Hereafter, you know. don’t be too late to regret.

don’t forget to do Tadarus, and i think it’s not too hard to do Tarawih prayer. so let’s do it and get the benfits from Ramadhan.

maybe we couldn’t meet Ramadhan next year – who knows?
